Don't expect crazy fun stuff. He speaks very technically on training, almost robotic boring. I listened at 2x and skipped a bunch of non-sid/nate questions and answers. He's so serious he had to learn that adding laughter to intense work makes performance better. Ok. Welcome to earth, alien 👋🙂 Great scientific thought.
