A potential new customer of ours was saying her blood sugar was started going up from 120 to 220 despite a fairly good diet. After some probing to see what could cause this surge, we discovered she was taking lots of Omega-3. After some research we discovered that Omega-3 fatty acids can cause a surge in blood sugar levels, at least according to an article in healthline. Wow. Of course it was just one study. But it can also cause bleeding, joint pain from Vitamin A toxicity, insomnia, diarrhea, stroke and acid reflux.  Our customer said she also suffered from joint pains which she attributed to another supplement but we think it could be the Omega3 causing that too.  We are seeing too many people overdosing on supplements. Even WHO has said supplements are a waste of money. Cut it out. Eat real food. We know it is not easy but you can get all your vital nutrients from real food. But more importantly you have to rotate your food. Even a good thing can become toxic. That includes Ceylon Cinnamon. Switch up your diet and eat a variety of things. Sure, you can use Ceylon Cinnamon as a health elixir but use it strategically and in moderation to give you an assist until you can get your diet under control. The ideal goal is not to become a slave to supplements. Not even Cinnamon.
