Okay, weird and long theory but bear with me. There’s Sidon in it.
So I was thinking about how Yiga Blademasters are really big for their race (Hylian/Sheika) but there would be no reason for them to be another race than Sheika. They are also really into Mighty Bananas. What if the fact that they ate a lot of Mighty Bananas is the reason why they are so tall?
(It’s either that or they are all half Gerudo, which is a theory for another day.)
So that would mean that Mighty Bananas, on the long run, would make someone permanently stronger. But wouldn’t that be true for other Mighty foods?
What if Sidon and his father King Dorephan are both really tall because the Zora family traditionally eat Might Porgry or Mighty Carp?
That would explain why Sidon, although noble and selfless I’m sure, bothered swimming accross the quarter of the entire mag to go risk his life slaying an Octoroc thesize of a mountain that could have killed him: Haneto bay and Lurelin village just so happens to be places where you can fish for them. The fact that he head about this Octoroc in the first place shows that Zora domain has connections to Lurelin village and maintained this contact even though they were going through a periode of Hylilanophobia after Mipha’s death.
Do you think Sidon dries out? Would he be okay going long distances without water?
I think he certainly has to keep aware of the danger of his skin and body drying out, if only because he is a largely aquatic race! However, it’s not a completely impossible challenge to overcome, especially since he is to be king and, therefor, be able to travel the land as an ambassador for his people when needed.
There’s a lot of options for Zora to make sure that they don’t dry out to the point of illness or harm, and the easiest is simply keeping close to a body of water. Since many Zora get their water intake through sleeping in a body of water, being able to keep near a river or lake it enough to mute the worry of drying out.
In the instance that there isn’t water nearby, the next easiest thing would be to pack a special sort of salve, created specifically to keep their skin from drying out--basically it’s a moisturizer that they have to constantly keep applying to their bodies. For Zora with little wealth or resources to get of such salves, this could be difficult!
Magic would certainly be the most difficult option of all, because it’s something that takes a lot of energy to do for large periods of time, or it would require a magic-user to be traveling with them, constantly keeping the protective ward on them for the length of the trip.

The first time he took a fish out of your hand, it was purely over a miscommunication. You had spend some time in the river nearby the Zora’s Domain and, after a good catch, wanted to show the prince how good of a fisher that you could be (even without all the teeth, fins and features that the Zora hunters had).
He was not only absolutely impressed, but snatched the fish right out of your hand when you held it up to show him. Suffice to say, you learned that day it was somewhat common for Zora mates to offer their catch to their mates, both as a courting method and to strengthen an already-existing bond.
The two of you stood there staring at one another for some time before this realization of miscommunication came to light, with Sidon merely holding the fish in his mouth. You can imagine his look of confusion and embarassment upon realizing that this simply isn’t a very common thing for other races.
Despite the awkward first learning of this behavior, Sidon doesn’t shy away from accepting fish when you offer it to him after a catch, though he does take a lot of time to congratulate you on your skills if it’s a particularly large or rare fish. Attempts to offer the same to you have been met with...well...You had to gently explain to Sidon that you can’t really eat raw fish like he could and, well, the gesture was lovely though!
He’s always very excited when you give him a fish. He thanks you in kisses and compliments.
