Though she was still shy around the prince, Miu had found herself longing for his company more and more as time went on. It was late and nightmares had been plaguing her mind, leaving her unable to rest, and that was how she found herself at his chambers. Waiting for him to welcome her in the dancer said nothing at first, soon throwing herself against his chest as arms clung to the blond before her. "C-Can I... Stay with you..?"
The look of someone shaken by nightmares was not an unfamiliar sight for the prince. He remembered times at night when he was small either of his parents would get the same look when they woke from time to time. But to see that look on someone as kind and gentle as Miu... it filled him with a lot of worry. He had come to care for her a lot and he would not turn her away.
He wrapped his arms around her, embracing her warmly and reassuringly. “You may...Don’t worry, it’ll be alright. Here...”
He led her inside and offered her his bed. He pulled up a chair nearby. “I can stay awake with you until you fall asleep. ...You don’t need to worry about me though, the sofa nearby has plenty of room for me.” What else should he do... his mind started going through thing that would be helpful. “I mean... whatever I can do to help I just... want to do what I can so you’ll sleep peacefully, Lady Miu.”
