recovery from a time loop that is itself inherently & unavoidably traumatic

when you no longer remember much of anything before the time loop but people keep assuming you should because it hasn't been all that long

when you're used to knowing everything and perfect control and no longer remember how to handle it when things happen that you didn't cause

when you're used to actions having no consequences and to nobody remembering what you do and have no idea what to do when this is no longer true
