I actually really like to play Lux as support. I’ve seen Lux support get a lot of shit lately, and I just wanted to come out and say that I will and do play a legitimate Lux support. I only go damage if the team requires me to go damage. Also, guys, there are a lot of different ways to build support Lux. Not all builds require a Sightstone. Please realize that warding isn’t just the support’s job anymore! A single person can only place three normal wards and one vision ward on the map at a time! What are we supports supposed to do with just those four? Put the three normal wards in the river and then the vision ward on Dragon or Baron? Everyone needs to ward - not just the support. Please stop complaining about Sightstones not being in someone’s build. If you need wards, there’s a number 4 slot in your inventory for a reason!

Probably really stupid, but it really irritates me as a support main whenever the enemy support doesn't even buy a Sightstone. It makes me feel really bad for their team, because they lose vision and basically have another mage on their team that's a few levels behind. It's like, don't be a dick just because you got auto filled, buy a Sightstone. It only takes up one slot if you buy the upgrade for your laning item.

Faerie Sight Stones Found in the forests of the United Kingdom, Faerie Sight Stones are often overlooked by most people due to their appearance resembling rocks or pebbles. Created by the fae to spy on one-another they are often left near those they want to keep a close eye on. The eye on a Faerie Sight Stone normally remains open unless approached. At which point the eye closes they then look like any other stone or rock, you could have a faerie Sight Stone in your garden and you would never know.

so... jeah... riot games are planning to remove sightstone from league, and making pink wards obsolete against stealth champions, because they feel that “supports are too powerfull”, right after admitting that the support role is so weak, that nobody wants to play it besides the mains, and they even have to autofill ppl in higher ranks to support and force them to play it, because SUPPORTS ARE TOO WEAK. But hey, let’s remove the one item that allows support players to do the one thing they are meant to do: Provide map-vision.

It was nice having a main Role. Seems like the support role will be obsolete in season 7. Why play an underfed role with no real gold income that now cant even place and clear wards at the same time because “the support role is too strong”. I think we are going back to double top, because playing support will be fucking worthless from now on.

Providing vision is the one thing supports are supposed to do, apart from peeling for their carries. But guess what, a random toplane or jungle tank can do that too. Removing the one item that allows support players to actually provide vision without spending a fortune on pink wards (which you can still only place one of, mind you) was the thing that made the role viable. Now they remove the one item that enables the roll. Am i supposed to pay 5k gold each game for pink wards, that can be seen and destroyed, every game? Am i supposed to use that shitty 1-minute-trinket wards? What the FUCK riot. Don’t take my favourite position away. You are making supports absolutely worthless now.

Who the fuck even thought this was a good idea? “oh hey, we have this one role that is so weak, they cant carry, and like only 2% of the community play them actually, and we have to force people to play the role because they are so weak, so let’s make them even weaker because they are too strong.” ...

Can i slap somebody already? Way to ruin one of my favourite games.
