how easily do you think the characters put on weight? are there any characters that you think have to put in effort to gain, vs. characters that you think quickly plump up?

good question!!!! this is something I've thought about a lot actually because I love thinking about like... the logistics of things ^_^

My thoughts under the cut because this puppy is long :)

How easy do they gain weight?

Ranpo: gains easily! I think he's kinda genetically predisposed to be chubbier; he's never been rlly "skinny" before ever in his life and even if he's not actively gaining, he maintains a high weight super easy :)

Poe: if he doesn't want to gain, he won't have a problem keeping weight off. If he's open to gaining, then the gain is relatively slow but steady.

Chuuya: gains weight so easily. Before he was into feedism, he was actively having to count cals and macros to maintain a slimmer muscular build. I love musclechub Chuuya sm <3 so I think he would 100% gain muscle easy, it's just keeping fat off that's difficult. Much easier for him to just indulge, hm? 😉

Dazai: ooh, I think he's somewhere in the middle? He was underweight in the PM mainly because he didn't take care of himself well, and while he did get healthier in the ADA, he did have to actively be eating a bunch to stop merely maintaining a healthy (as in not underweight) weight and go above that. He wouldn't get fat off of normal three meals a day but it's not hard for him to gain if he's trying.

Atsushi: technically, he has a fast metabolism (because of the tiger) but he eats so much that it doesn't matter 😆 when he first joins the Agency his weight skyrockets, but eventually his body levels itself out and it's slow and steady from there. He also gains muscle easily.

Akutagawa: poor baby cannot gain weight easily at all 😕 he has a hard time with food and he has a weak immune system so he's constantly sick with zero appetite. In order to even get out of the underweight range, he needs to have someone making sure he's eating enough ❤️

Kunikida: he has hot girl tummy issues that he doesn't manage properly + he's very conscious of his appearance so he won't be getting chubby without a feeder. With a feeder, it's still a slow pace but he will gain!

Yosano: I don't see her as a feedee, but i do think she has a hard time gaining weight in general! She has to track cals and stuff just to make sure she's getting enough or else she'll get way too skinny 💔

Sigma: despite also having hot girl tummy issues, she gains easily 💕

Higuchi: my girl can look at food and gain weight lol, the only thing that keeps her thin before getting a feeder is stress.

Maybe this is too niche, but I like to imagine that when Sigma gets off the sky casino and has access to all sorts of new treats, he totally goes out and tries a whole bunch (with Nikolai or whoever you ship him with)!! But when they get in the car, poor baby learns that he gets carsick 😭 he’s not used to cars and he just stuffed himself… he feels so miserable and embarrassed… AAA I love Sigma <3

he/she/they sigma for me as usual

This is a beautiful picture in my mind. I'm a multishipper but i'll use Nikolai since you used him as an example :)

just imagining Sigma and Nikolai going bakery hopping, getting all sorts of treats that Sigma is happily munching on... she's just super excited about the new tastes and textures, not really thinking about how much she's eating 💕

but then he gets in the car with Nikolai and suddenly it hits him how full he is. Nikolai isn't a gentle driver in the slightest (his license is so fake) but even with his attempts to drive a little more gently, Sigma's not feeling too hot :( that tummy full of sugar isn't happy with him. Everything's churning and sloshing around until the poor thing can't hold it in and it comes back up all over his lap 😭

they're absolutely humiliated but Nikolai finds it hilarious and it's at least a little comforting that someone isn't upset with him ❤

I do like Sigma, he's a cutie 🥰 I don't think about him as much as I do other characters, but I do have a few hcs for them! I'm going to have these hcs "set" during the casino time.

Sigma Headcanons 🍪

First off, I see them as a feedee! I think they could be a little bit of a feeder in a mutual gaining scenario, but they scream feedee to me :)

Stress eater 100% ! Poor baby has so much on her plate and it's easy to snack while working to soothe her nerves. She's not good at remembering to eat actual meals, but she mindlessly snacks so much that it doesn't take long for her to start getting a lil chubby 💕

Unfortunately (or fortunately if you're me and into that shit) he often ends up eating too much and giving himself a tummy ache :( add on the fact that he's not eating the healthiest stuff and his stomach is sensitive from stress, and you've got tummy ache princess sigma

They've got a huge sweet tooth! Loves all sweet things and desserts. Cookies are their favorite, which is great because there's so many different kinds of cookies and they can get pretty hefty in calories (just look at those crumbl cookies 👀). I think they'd also enjoy baking, though there's a lot of taste testing involved in the process ^_^ they also love frosting; they'd eat it straight out of the container 🧁

All those snacks and sweets add up quickly on Sigma's waistline 🥰 she gets so soft. I think her fat distribution is pretty evenly spread across her body. Super cute chubby cheeks and soft chin, thick thighs, well-padded upper arms, and her waist gets wide 😳 I need to bite her tummy ASAP. She started off kind of pear-shaped when she first gained weight but it evens out quickly and she ends up very round <3 also an incredible pair of tits, she can't keep up with her own bra size.

Sigma's outfit isn't forgiving at all to their weight gain. It looks relatively form-fitting to me, so any rounding out of their belly is clearly visible. The buttons on their waistcoat-thing are hanging on for dear life 🙏 I think they would replace their clothes before they popped a button, but they wouldn't be opposed to doing it on purpose for a partner <3 please spoil him, he deserves it!!!!

aaaanddd that's what I have for feedee sigma!!!! I think about them a lot more for upset tummy content and emeto stuff than I do for feedism, but I do think about them for feedism too <3

what are their favourite gaining foods?

This is going to be very vague because whenever I try to write anything feedism/stuffing related, I instantly forget every food that's ever existed 😅 hope you like them though, anon!

Favorite Gaining Foods

Dazai: I think he would really like chugging heavy cream? He seems like the type idk. Also loves baked goods :)

Chuuya: Alcohol pasta! He likes his carbs <3 He enjoys red sauces better than cream sauces (and he's right) but a huge bowl of pasta is his idea of a good stuffing. Put some sort of protein in there and lay the cheese on thick, and my boy is absolutely beached 🤤Atsushi: I don't think he has a favorite food in general (chazuke was only his favorite before because it was the only thing he had), but I can see him going crazy for barbecue 🤭 He will destroy your wallet at one of those all you can eat Korean BBQ places. I don't know why, but I have a mental image of the ADA having some sort of company bonding BBQ thing, and Atsushi absolutely loading up in his plate and stuffing himself in front of everyone.

Ranpo: Any sort of sweets or candy is good for him, but for gaining purposes, milkshakes are good! They're kind of just like ice cream and he finds them easy to mindlessly put away ^_^
