Sigma was working on diagnostics and cleaning out old or outdated junk data from the system to keep it working at optimum. It was absolutely tedious, but it was important to make sure the city continued working at the best capacity that it could.

Then he got a proximity alarm. New visitors it seems! Time to go do his other job as the greeter whenever Nicole wasn’t around. He materialized near the entrance to the New Mobotropolis city and took a deep breath, even if he didn’t need it as a robot. “Welcome to New Mobotropolis! How may I help you?”

@marshathefox Liked for A Starter The AI was busy clearing out some old files from the city's system. Mostly outdated papers that were replaced by new amendments and such. The other stuff that didn't have any copies would be archived and organized so he could access it later. Sigma would be warned by a proximity alert that someone was approaching the city. With that, he zoomed over to one of the cameras to see the newcomer. They didn't seem like a threat, so why not take a hard light form and great them. In a few moments, the AI materialized himself near the entrance to the city, looking like a blue-haired coyote. His outfit resembled an E-100 series robot, but he wasn't with Eggman anymore. "Welcome to Mobotropolis! My name is Sigma X. Who might you be?"

The day was a bit slow, but Sigma found ways to entertain himself in the meanwhile. New Mobotropolis had plenty of people going around and having fun. It would have been great to be among them, but he had the job of surveillance, and that takes precedence.

Of course, it’s not gone to waste as a new face shows themselves in the city. He can’t tell if they’ve been here before or not, but it was something new, so why not greet them. He’d have to excuse Nicole for using her nanites to make a body, but he was too far from his own and looking like a mobian was preferable to looking like a death machine when meeting someone new.

The blue haired coyote AI materialized nearby, allowing him to meet the newcomer without any hint that he wasn’t organic. “Hey there, stranger. I haven’t seen your face around here before.”
