Let’s get this out of the way, Moviprep sucks. It really does. Even if you find the taste not too bad, a liter later you’re going to want to tip it down the drain. But, you gotta drink it. And then, you gotta show your butt to a bunch of people and have a camera shoved up your butt hole. So here are a few things I found to make the whole experience a little easier on myself, and made me feel more prepared:

I got a long day tomorrow...

Gotta get up at 6 to finish my prep and be at the hospital by 9. I won't lie and say I'm not nervous. This is like my 6th procedure in a year. They shake me up every time.

‪Oh boy I apparently need to get a Flex Sigmoidoscopy. I'm over joyed to have yet another camera shoved into my butt. ‬ It's ONLY been just under 2 months since my last colonoscopy. Boy time sure does fly eh?
