So how often do you think this actually occurs? Does Pink have so little faith in Red that they must check on them at random? How about their reaction? Red's response? Disappointment at their Captain's negligence or bored of their incompetence?

I personally cherish the idea of an emotionally provocative Pink in intention. "You can have your games/toys but remember your place and how easily I can take them away" 🫠 A Pink that spoils Red in material favors and public image but withholds the affection Red yearns for in private? Deploys intimidation and coldness to keep their loyalty sharp? Mixed signals, basically. Pink dangles a carrot of validation in front of Red and Red has to straighten up if they want to snatch it. (They can never snatch it.)
