        A GRIN played on her lips as she stood in front of the door. her chipped nails tapped impatiently on the box of donuts in her hands.  some might call them rejects from the day, but lori called them free.  which honestly, what’s better than free donuts?   she was quite positive the other would think the same, presenting the open box when the door was opened.  she peeked from the side of the pink lid, her grin wide.   ❝  i come with gifts.  ❞

SEND 🚿 OR ‘WHOOPS!’ TO WALK IN ON MY MUSE IN THE SHOWER!

               It wasn’t uncommon for Bucky to take a shower first thing in the morning. In fact, it was more of a daily routine for the former asset than anything else. Not to mention he was typically the first to wake up from their slumber. That is to say if he managed any shuteye to begin with. To be fair, he is improving. Ever since Shuri was able to remove Hydra’s programming from his mind permanently. It helped. But it didn’t cure his inability to receive proper sleep every night. That had more to do with the memories. Memories with Hydra. Then there was Thanos. The battle cost them. In more ways than one. Then there was Steve. Fortunately he was able to find a friend in Amalia. Eventually choosing to share a two bedroom apartment together. It helped with paying the expenses. But it was only a one bathroom. Normally it didn’t serve as a huge problem. So he had no reason to worry this morning.

              Bucky is in the process of finishing his shower. Rinsing the soap off his body and making sure he doesn’t have any shampoo or condition still in his hair. It’s hard to determine when he was no longer in the bathroom alone. Never hearing the door open or close. It’s not something he usually worried about. So he makes no motion to shield his bare form as he pulls the shower curtain open, only to reveal someone he was not expecting to see the moment he stepped out.

              Amalia.

              Shit.

              Of course his first reaction – as any surprised person would be – is to reach over for the nearby towel. Which is precisely what he does. Quickly wrapping the material around his midsection. Shielding any dignity he may still have left. ❝What are you doing in here?❞

3. how do you get yourself out of a writing funk?

i’m actually starting to figure that out right now.  if you haven’t noticed, i’ve been ghosting tumblr for a week or so because i just haven’t had the motivation to actually sit down  &  write on my laptop.  usually i get so easily distracted by you.tube or playing s.ims that i forget to do that thing called WRITING  &  so i just don’t.  BUT NOW  i have started drafting replies the old fashioned way, in a notebook  &  then typing them up later     most likely at my saturday job since i sit at a desk for 7 hours with nothing else to do.  it just helps to get it written down asap so this way i don’t lose the idea  &  then i clean it up when i type it out.   so far?  it’s been a slow start but i’m working on getting better.

OH!!  i have 2!!  A Million Little Pieces by James Frey  &  the Lux series by Jennifer L. Armentrout.

21. do you believe in extraterrestrial life?

the tiny green aliens that probe your bootyhole? no, i don’t believe in that but i DO believe there are other life forms out there.  space is filled with the unexplored,  so many things we don’t even know about yet  &  there is just no way there aren’t other civilizations out there!!
