as a whole my day was good. It was full of laughs and giggles and i enjoyed it. I can't help but feel bad though. my friend - who is depressed and takes antidepressants, shes forever thinking shes fat and she is not ! but when i talk about weight with her and my other friend, we bring up how much we weigh and im like 'oh yeah, i want to get to 50kg from 57.5kg and she (the anti depressants friend) goes all quiet and rejects pretty much any food. so i feel horrible :(

I'm glad you had a good day filled with laughter!! Unfortunately there isn't much you can do because that is how she sees herself at the moment and I really hope that she is working through that, but just don't bring up weight or diets or anything like that for a while. I hope you have a wonderful day tomorrow too! xxx
