I'm not famous. I'm just a sister —from a simple family.

My brother Mahmoud was shot by a stray bullet on August 29 while he was just filling water for our home

It caused a brain hemorrhage

He underwent brain surgery, and doctors told us some brain tissue had died.

But they couldn’t tell what parts or how much — becaus there are no MRI machines in the entire Gaza Strip

Right now, Mahmoud is unconscious. He has lung infections, and they moved him from the ICU to a crowded room with 10 other patients, with no proper follow-up.

Doctors keep saying, “We can’t do anything for him. There are no machines, no medications, and no rehab centers available.”

The *only rehabilitation hospital is full and not accepting new patient.

Mahmoud urgently needs an *MRI*, experienced *neurologists*, and *real medical care*.

We have started the paperwork to transfer him abroad, but the process is very slow, and every delay threatens his life.

*Mahmoud has the right to live. He has the right to treatment

Please help us share his story — maybe someone in power can help transfer him abroad for treatment.
