Your request makes me very happy. Sadly the community is empty at the moment, but of course you can join.
What's not still or empty is my other & main Falco related project, Rock Me FALCO! We're very active on IG and the (free) fanclub is open. Members receive access to rare stuff & biweekly newsletters. At the moment I am writing a whole new website from scratch, so the old one is a little confusing/inactive. Once it comes live though it'll hold a forum, playable music, multi-language support and the such.
