Zuko was simply sat at a park bench in the sun, reading some paperwork and letting some flame dance along his finers. He was at a stage where he didn't need to think as much about his bending, it had become easier. Much easier. Which he was grateful for. He was so in his own world that he didn't notice the person talking to him.
