Thinking she got away through the secret exit, Ruth ( Arline Pretty ) is then grabbed as she tries to run away. Inside the gang’s hideout, they have tied a rope around Ruth’s neck and attached it to the door handle. With the gag in her mouth she can’t even yell to her rescuer that he’s strangling her as he tries desperately to get in!
Will Ruth survive this dastardly ploy to end her life?!...
