He loved teasing and antagonizing the local populace, after all.

It only occurred to him, in this moment, after wandering through Ward after Wards, the weather was starting to get to him. Constantly on the move had really played in his favor, keeping his core running hot while the winter breeze whipped his fair around.

Of course he had on layers. A shirt, vest, and jacket, but none of it was winter grade.

"Dying from the weather would be the most ridiculous way for me to go."

He mutters to himself as he squints at the map of the Archimedes Ward where, apparently, he will be staying. With all the weirdness this situation was bringing to the forefront, there really shouldn't be any more surprises--

Now here's a familiar face! Not exactly a friendly one, but... considering how her husband's life was in Alphys's trembling hands, she can't exactly blame her for the severe look.

Still, Alphys is happy to see almost anyone from the underground here. (Unless it were, say... Jerry? But enough about Jerry.)

So when she sees the other monster, it takes her a moment for recognition to set in — her new wardrobe and all — then she offers her a little wave to make up for her staring.

"H-Hey! Um... Mrs. Holiday, right? It's... It's good to see you!" she says, fidgeting with her sleeves.

"H... How is everyone? How are Rudy and the kids? Are they, um... good? Or here, even...?"

She spoke too soon...

Announced only by the cold surrounding her, she places a knitted snow cap on Chara's head with a card attached that states plainly:

See? You overthought Christmas for nothing. -C

Chara freezes up when the hat is dropped on their head — and they turn to look at Carol’s retreating backside. They didn’t even know she knew where Vash and Nico’s house was. Maybe Queen told her?

Still. Whatever. Chara sniffles a bit, wiping at their nose with a sleeve as they check over the card . . . and they smile.

“Happy Gyftmas, Mrs Holiday.”

Rowdy teens and a bucket full of water balloons during the winter could mean only one thing. A most unfortunate prank was about to be sprung upon a innocent bystanders! The teens stood up on a building where they could see others walking below...

Their first victim was meant to be a rather icy looking reindeer woman. However, as they tossed the balloon forward, a large hand outstretched above the woman, catching the balloon before it landed, and prevented it from popping.

"Excuse me.." Promosis spoke softly.

"You may want to cross to the other side, so these cannot reach you..."

The teens were baffled, and then frightened as Promosis turned her head upwards to stare at them. "How could you be so unkind?"

Yeah, they’re going to grab their trusty knife to slice off just a little bit of that cake. To hell with consequences—

Something about this... lady, reminded him a lot of Major General Armstrong, her cold demeanor resembles the icy feeling of the ice queen of Fort Briggs.

And while he was he was someone who would rather avoid such menacing aura, something about his features seemed to flock strangers to him that he cannot escape. Maybe he should have stayed at the apartment...

"Um... ma'am?? I think you're mistaken me for someone else. While I was hear an year ago, I dont recall seeing you..." yea, he should have definitely stayed at his apartment.
