Greta Garbo, Joan Crawford, Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, Ginger Rogers?
Greta Garbo: Do you like being in the company of others?
Yes, actually I do now. I still have the usual introvert phenomenon of ‘I require alone time and silence for this many hours’ a lot, but since getting back into theater, I love being around a whole room full of people all creating something together. And of course inviting a bunch of friends over for parties and movie nights.
Joan Crawford: Do you have freckles?
Nope. My Slavic ancestry means that I am forever pale, but un-freckled.
Marilyn Monroe: What are you insecure about?
Um, everything? Mostly that I’m not smart/talented/whatever enough to achieve my career goals, that people won’t like me, that I’ll end up alone forever- basically the usual menu of insecurities for introverted nerd girls in American society. (Actually that probably applies to most industrialized patriarchal societies, come to think of it... better add ‘worried that I’m not doing enough to bring down patriarchy’ to that list!)
Audrey Hepburn: Do you support any charities?
Not with money, because I can’t afford it, but I give clothing and other neccessities I don’t need/can’t use to domestic violence shelters, and whenever I see volunteers from Planned Parenthood out gathering signatures, I sure as hell sign all their petitions! Women and children need to be respected and cared for in our society and not treated as disposable and/or second class citizens.
Ginger Rogers: Can you dance?
Someone already asked, but no, I can’t dance at all :P
