The Cathedral Silkwolf
The stained glass patterning is unique on each Cathedral Silkwolf, with the fure shimmering sleekly like there is always light coming through it. The two heads have different thoughts and personalities, so make sure to win them both over or else you might find yourself getting nipped.

The Rosebud Silkwolf
The prized jewel of the silkwolf collectors, the Rosebud Silkwolf is both the rarest and most expensive of the breeds. They are a dark purple in colour, almost appearing black in some lights, with delicate wings and fur that when it sheds, comes off as rose petals. Their stomach glows with a delicate pink light, and the air around them smells like the most sweet of roses.

The Faerie Silkwolf
A newer subspecies, there is some debate about whether or not they are true silkwolves due to the Faerie Silkwolf having hooves rather than paws, but the beauty of the little bright white lights along its antlers are quite a draw and it is difficult to ignore the dainty beauty of this particular subspecies.

The Celestial Silkwolf
One of only two silkwolves capable of flight, the Celestial Silkwolf is a shimmering beauty and one of the most rare subspecies. The colouration must be the shades of purple on black or it will not be considered a true Celestial. While the flower species themselves can vary, the only acceptable colour is purple.

The Snow and Lighting Miniature Silkwolves
Determined by their diet, the Miniature Silkwolves come in either Snow or Lightning colourations. Quick and nimble, they are seen as a delightful luxury and the number of tails they have is considered to indicate how lucky they are. Standing only two feet tall, they move like the wind and enjoy curling up around their owners’ feet.

The Indigo Silkwolf
One of the earlier colourations of the Silkwolf, the Indigo Silkwolf is considered one of the more affordable subspecies, though the word ‘afforadble’ should still be loosely applied. Playful and clever, they are considered to be more like house pets than luxury exotics, and they often bond quickly to their owners.

The Monarch Silkwolf (Variant)
An inverted shade, the Variant Monarch Silkwolf is jet black. To be considered a true Variant, there cannot be a single mark of white on the black fur. Their leaves follow the same changing patterns of the season, though unlike the Monarch, the Variant’s changes at night, rather than the day.

One of the largest colourations of the species, the Monarch Silkwolf is a regal creature. Graceful beyond compare, the leaves on the antlers transition with the seasons, changing in a single night. The leaves shifting colour is often considered an event to witness.
