You do know that Daniel Craig who played James Bond is from the United Kingdom also where Idris Elba is from so no he wouldn't be the first British man to play Bond just the more you know :)

You’re right, Daniel Craig is English. But in a series that rarely actually portrays An English man in the role it was safer to assume he wasn’t. But like the more you know right? :)
