Another VRChat commission; a creature from the game Limbus Company (I think; I just do what I'm told here). Part of a series of pieces I've been asked to do from this game for use as custom game avatars.
Tried to get as close to the stylization of the original sprite as possible; which did necessitate some compromises but I do think I was close enough that I had to include a turnaround to prove it is actually 3D. Uses a hand painted main texture, a glow and transparency map for various effects, and features an inverse hull outline (isolated to specific regions on the model) for a bit of extra pop.
About 14k tris; a little higher than strictly needed but a lot of that is the polycount being duplicated by the inverse hull effect.
