“Oi, heads up!” Dominique called out as a quaffle drifted through the air towards the person standing to her left. It was all in good fun. Generally they would just toss it around and see how long they could keep it going without dropping it. She liked to think of it as a good luck thing or a superstition perhaps was more accurate. It was also a good icebreaker considering there were still many students she hadn’t had a chance to meet yet.
“You really have to watch out around here,” she happily told the person as she glanced around the bonfire, taking stock at who had showed up and who hadn’t. “Kind of remembers me of being home with the whole hoard of family members. Though I am kind of excited to get back to school, you?” She rambled not quite sure what else they should be talking about.
