   riley’s opponent is a stranger.  which comes with some pros and cons.  pro, killing him won’t make her blink twice.  she can kill a stranger without hesitation, especially in a situation where it’s kill or be killed.  con, she doesn’t know what he can do.  but -- hell, riley’s still alive today because she’s good at killing people she’s unprepared for.  but for now, she keeps her distance, begins a slow circle around the arena while she tries to gauge him.  strength, speed, abilities.

carefully, she pulls a knife from a hidden pocket on the side of her pants, weight shifting from one foot to the other.  “ let’s get it over with, pretty boy. ”

    “ pretty decent moves you got there, ” riley says, leaning so her shoulder rests against the dilapidated stone wall.  she’s still in the process of working out who the ‘good’ and ‘bad’ guys are in this place, and how the hell she’s going to figure out where she fits in.  she’s got elia and lilith, but --- three girls do not a brotherhood make, really.  “ what’s your name ?? ”
