Clutching the un-healing wound in his side as he ambled along, Nikolai’s body finally decided it was time to stop walking. Only as his own legs gave up on him did he realise he’d literally fallen into foreign territory, and he sensed he was being watched. As this feeling was becoming familiar as of late, it wasn’t clear if it was simply paranoia toying with him, but he reacted nonetheless. “Please... I’m sorry...”
