Marine Climate
There are days—not today so much—but days on which one is reminded that one lives in a marine climate. Such was the day the other day as we strolled along Silver Beach in Saint Joseph Michigan. Behold the wonder that is Lake Michigan on just such a day:

(Saint Joseph, Michigan) After taking a delightful stroll from upper Saint Joe to lower Saint Joe and back to upper Saint Joe again on a sunny Thursday in the present season, I concluded that summer is good for the soul. The proof is in the photography:
