i eventually used fanola’s silver shampoo twice and look kinda icy now

Do you dye your own hair? I want mine a similar colour but it always turns out really yellow-ish.

i do! I dye it with the greyest looking box blonde i can find which still usually turns out yellow but then i use this AWESOME silver shampoo that is meant to just get rid of the yellow but i use LOTS of it every wash so my hair is much more grey.

i have 2 problems with this though. 1- my hair is dryer than its ever been but my hair is strong and i have lots of it so it’s not all broken off yet. 2 - i find it really difficult to get the shampoo to take to my hair underneath so its much greyer on the top and front and the bottom and back is still a little yellow blonde. its not very noticable but i can see it and it annoys me.
