As for Blue and Silver.
I mean, they are weirdos. Rofl. That is true. They aren't romanceable, but there are endings where you can choose to leave the crew and go with them later on (mostly in Chapter 10 but there is one in Chapter 8 too).
Bluey gets a slightly extended ending scenario (in Ch 10) where some sort of vague...tension is there. Maybe not romantic. But maybe not...not romantic.
But because MC doesn't get to know him well in-game, it's mostly just implication.
So the answer is that no, they aren't romanceable. But if you are particularly intrigued by either one of them, I think the Non-LI scenarios are worth playing because you do get some extra scenes with them.
