I think Doey would be reluctant to let Cassie help gather supplies, especially early on because of her more injured state from the elevator drop (hence her bandages,) which is fair, but also because he'd likely see her as one of his little ones in Safe Haven.
And honestly there wouldn't be much Cassie would be able to do initially-- her tools like the Fazwrench are likely incompatible with Playtime Co. technology n machinery. But with how intuitive she's shown to be with them in RUIN, she's definitely one capable of figuring out modifications and adaptations to make her Fazbear tools work again, in due time. If successful, she could be potentially very capable and resourceful helping Safe Haven next to Doey.
He probably would let her help at this point, but definitely still with some anxiety over it lingering. He likely would let her help so long she doesn't go out alone. Safety in numbers, you know?
And yeah he definitely would warn her of the threats down there such as the Prototype, as well as The Doctor and the feral toys. Not warning her sounds like a recipe for disaster; In order to keep oneself safe they must be aware of the threats at the very least.
Funny thing is, if Doey told Cassie about Ollie she'd immediately hear sirens in her head; due to her own experience back at the ruined PizzaPlex she certainly would be at the very least wary of allies that can't be verified in-person.
