Hi there! I saw your post and just have to say- I, also, love animals and taking pictures of wildlife! I even have a blog about it! It's a really fun hobby I do and love and I'm so happy to find someone else who feels the same! I also get a lot of weird stuff from people because of this but it only makes me more interested to know I'm different because of something I love!

I often come back from my lunch break with a picture on my phone of a beetle I picked up (and put back where I got it of course). One of my coworkers likes bugs, but the rest are like “You picked that thing up?!” It’s silly imo.
I don’t mind having interests that aren’t typical, but I don’t particularly like people treating me like a weirdo for them either. It’s always nice to find someone who gets it. :)
