Day 1: Mt. Komorebi - Summer
Semira Beaumont always felt pressure to be someone extraordinary. Her parents gave her a Hebrew name meaning “from heaven” and believed she was destined for greatness.
But Semira was lost. Never feeling like she fit in or had a clear direction for her life. All she really wanted to do was get out of her house and see the world. Maybe she’d find herself in the wonders of nature, where she always felt most comfortable.
So once Semira turned 18, she packed up her tent and knitting supplies and set off for Mt. Komorebi. What would she do once she set up camp? She didn’t have it all figured out, but she was excited to see where her adventures would take her and who she might meet along the way.
