I've had this project almost ready to go for @someone-elsa's winter 25-26 pyjama party hashtag, so I hope you don't mind if I post it here! ♡

It's an hour(-ish) to midnight where I am irl as I'm typing this, so I'm taking a moment to schedule a post so I can wish everyone a Happy New Year!

I've been having so much fun getting to know other Simmers and their projects and I can only hope that 2026 keeps this positivity going! I've learned so many new skills and tricks this year to make my experience with the Sims 4 much more engaging! ദ്ദി(ᵔᗜᵔ) I haven't really got anything planned to say aside from thank you for making this experience a lot of fun!

Attention all Corbillats! The Placid Crows are coming to EDGEWAVE 2025!

That's right! Everyone's favorite 'Bargain Bin Band' is making their long awaited comeback to the music scene after their turbulent journey to second place on the televised Battle of the Bands competition last year.

The band is returning with a new sound, new looks and more kicks and twirls than ever before! Keep your eyes peeled for further updates and information as we get closer to the biggest, loudest music festival of the year!

"New look. New sound. Same old shenanigans."

The Placid Crows have finally announced their set list for EDGEWAVE 2025. The gothic glam rock group are set to perform in the last stretch of the festival and many fans have taken a particular interest in one of the later songs in the group's lineup.

Inside sources behind the scenes at the festival speculate that their song "Crowd Control" is the same song originally written and performed by Glam Rock Legend, Marshall Artes - the grandfather of TPC's singer, KAYO.

When Music Magazine 'Riffs + Revelries' approached the band about the inclusion of the renowned 80s track, KAYO expressed that the song is "a homage to the original but with a Crow's careful touch".

As the date of their performance draws near, fans can't help but wonder if this risky music choice could potentially be the final nail in the coffin for the fledgling band or if this move could lead to a long and successful career.

Only time will tell...
