Just a little chat. 🎶
(poses by @simmireen )
“I guess it was just a matter of time.” He had lived here for a while, alone in the woods a local lady his only contact. It was easier this way, she was the front of the business while he practiced his skills until they were needed. It was the one thing his father had taught him before they got him too.
“Always be prepared, always keep your guard up and outside contact to a minimum.”
How long had it been.. centuries.. he no longer remembered. Their kind had taken everything from him, and he had vowed that day, to eradicate every single one of them or die trying.
He looked at the table in front of him, his mothers potion book, stained, marked, embellished on, his fathers equipment painstakingly kept in pristine condition through the centuries. Silver bullets, wolfbanes potions, and other things he had in the years learned were very very effective. He had taught himself how to make his dragon-form armor, all coated in a special silver alloy. The centuries had made him their top predator, and them his prey. “Aren’t you lonely and tired off it?”
The girls comment came back to mind, after she had once asked what he did and he had told her. He had told her no, but the more he thought about her question, the more he realized his answer was wrong. But it didn’t matter, as much he was sometimes tired of what his father had wanted him to be. His dad’s dying wish and his promise was but one part. There was also one more well known fact; “No one holds a grudge like a dragon.” He smirked, taking his supplies stepping outside, a large golden and majestic dragon forming in his place. The wolves of Moonwood Mill would soon learn they settled in the wrong place.
