First Simchase prizes. Includes these herb shelves (in color above and in walnut), the jeans Leo has on, some shoes (he's not wearing them), a jacket and button up combo shirt (also not on him) and a God-awful hairstyle I couldn't in good conscience put on him.
On a different note, it seems the animations for watering and pruning the plants has been tweaked; previously sims would pull out a huge buzzsaw and hack away at the plants when pruning them. Now they pull out some clippers and clip away instead. A much improved animation in my opinion.
Also, it seems wall lamps will go on the walls now even if an item is already there (like a chair, table, etc. Basically anything that isn't a door, window or another wall item). So that's handy that you don't have to glitch wall lamps above chairs now.
