- fully landscaped (both versions)

- playground stuff for kids, two car garage

- parking spaces for three cars

I have all expansion packs except Showtime, and no stuff packs.  The furnished version is fully furnished.  I take no credit for the CC used (except the few bits I did make xD).  Lightly playtested. In the unfurnished version you will get all decor for the outside of the house.
