Palmetto Shade was a request by ameliasims.

I have all expansion packs except Showtime, and no stuff packs.  The furnished version is fully furnished.  I take no credit for the CC used (except the few bits I did make xD).  Lightly playtested. In the unfurnished version you will get all decor for the outside of the house.

Perfectly Peachy ~ Unfurnished (to help celebrate over 1,000 followers <3)

Perfectly Peachy is based on a floorplan in a book we've had since I can remember.  I used to day dream about building this house for real one day.  So naturally I made it for Sims 2 and now, Sims 3.  In my game it's placed at 31 Verona Way in Monte Vista.

Lot size: 35 X 35

Price:  63, 366

- 3 bedrooms, all upstairs

- 2½ baths

- fully landscaped

- pool, outside play area, wraparound porch

- parking spaces for two cars in the garage

I used objects from Supernatural (the rocking chairs only) and Generations.  Scanned with Sims 3 Pack Cleaner as always. Everything should be included but if it's not, let me know.  :)  Btw, I realize that it's not realistic with the garage being on foundation but I really had little choice.  The floor plans I have marked as to what each room is.

White Orchid ~ Unfurnished

White Orchid is the first thing I built in Sunlit Tides.  It's situated at the The Sandy Beach lot.  I should tell you that the stairs leading upstairs in the front are not functional.  But if it bothers you, I think it'd be super easy to put an elevator there.

Pleased as Punch ~ Unfurnished ♦ ♦ ♦ I finally got around to uploading something.  Yay!  Anywho, onto the house.  My current sims family lives here.  So this was a work-in-progress over time.  Someone asked very nicely if I'd upload it.  :) The outside comes exactly as in the pictures. The house should comfortably accommodate three to four sims -- more if you turn the bonus room into a bedroom, I suppose.  Oh and there are plants in the greenhouse but nothing spectacular.  Some info: ♦ ♦ ♦ Lot size: 35 X 25 House price:  §27,754
