This is my version of the Sim 4 "Businesses & Hobbies" trailer build. In my game, the Maxis Branche family is related to the Sarpong family; thus Amalia and her cousin Nia work the tattoo parlor and there are enough beds for everyone.

In order for this lot to work as it should, the ‘Eco Lifestyle’ expansion pack is required due to the lot type and buy objects; as well as the ‘Lovestruck’ expansion pack for the build/buy objects. The icons at the bottom of this page shows where some of the other objects come from.
In order for the dumpster to continue to accumulate trash, the ‘land fill’ and ‘reduce and recycle’ challenge lot traits are needed.
This one community lot can be used for ALL community lot types (Community Garden, Marketplace and Maker Space) if you wish. Or just keep it for this one type. All minimum requirements have been observed.
If used for the other types, you may need to re-add the 2 needed challenge lot types mentioned above.

Notes:
I have all expansion, stuff, game and kit packs; but the ‘Get to Work’ expansion pact is required for this to work as a retail lot. The ‘Horse Ranch’ expansion pack is needed for the buy and build objects. The ‘Eco Lifestyle’ expansion pack is required if you want to use the "Afizzionissimi Fizzing Station" to make fizzy juice. All other packs that I used are shown below.

The nectar bottles on the wall shelves are debug decorations only – they are not sellable.
The nectar bottles on the cabinets are sellable. But, my original “finely aged” nectars reverted back to “not yet aged” when the lot was saved. They are currently not flagged as “for sale” in case you want to replace them with your own.
Only the nectar casks are set as “for sale”.
As the basement storage racks also revert to being empty when saving lots, I have saved some of my nectars in a separate room so they can be restocked. NOTE: I did not test if they will go back to the original “finely aged” price. I doubt that they will….
Finally, remember to lock the door to the employee lounge area downstairs so that customers cannot enter.
