I know it's only been two episodes, but what do you think of the relationship between Clara and Twelve?
I think its a very interesting dynamic, for sure. Twelve is really bringing out parts of Clara's personality that we don't see very often (or rather weren't as obvious with Eleven). So yeah I'm enjoying them very much.
Ok, so, in an alternate universe where Delphine and Cosima weren't in different parts of the world, and Cosima wasn't sick, would you just picture them having a happy life, a lot of cuddling, and just being the awesome science couple they are?
Great question!Yes, I would definitely picture them having a happy life together. Cosima would have graduated at the top of her class, getting her PhD in Evo-Devo, and so the two of them move into a cozy little loft together. Of course there's cuddling and lots of crazy science happening! Delphine's the one who suggests they adopt a puppy after a stray turns up on their doorstep ("But look how cute he is, Co-si-ma!") and before they know it they've got their hands full with an adorable mutt named Buck. (Cosima named him, after Buckminster Fuller of course!) Later down the road they investigate the possibility of having kids. Cosima is unable to conceive, but through a surrogate Delphine gives birth to twins - which comes as an unexpected but welcome surprise - whom they name Amelie and Xavier. The four of them (plus Buck) live a wonderfully happy life together and nothing bad like sickness or separation ever happens to them :)
I'm curious, and this is that Fuck, Kill, Marry game (I call it a game because it feels like a game to me). Sarah Manning, Ten, Donna Noble ^___^
Fuck: Sarah Manning
Marry: Ten
AND BE BEST FRIENDS WITH DONNA OKAY???
OK! Doctor Who
just did doctor who :)
What did you think of the season 2 finale of Orphan Black?
Personally, I loved it! I thought it was a wonderfully written episode that had a ton of great moments, such as the four clone dance party, the sequence with Cosima and Kira's science experiment, and that beautiful Cosima/Sarah scene. The introduction of the Castor clones was definitely a surprise twist and I’m curious where they’ll take it in season 3… it has the potential to be quite interesting as long as their plot doesn’t overshadow that of the Tatiana clones. Also, I’m incredibly thankful that Cosima’s mortality did not serve as a cliffhanger and she’s now aware of Duncan’s key to curing her (thank you, Kira!) The only thing I admit I have slight issues with is that it left us with far more questions than answers… but I suppose that’s what the hiatus is for - for us to theorize and analyze and dissect and speculate upon what the future of next season holds for our beloved clones!
