I googled random camera overlays then edited one into Simlish style :D I uploaded my .PSD file of it and a .PNG file too. Feel free to use it however you want! Anyone really, use it to your hearts content, edit it etc. (ﾉﾟοﾟ)ﾉﾐ
You need simlish font from here called Handwritten Simlish Font if you want the PSD file to work properly :) Also, to use the black-white .png file as an overlay try the “screen” mode with it.
