Simlush Base Game Save
This is a save file that I’ve been working on for the last 3 months, it is a CC free and other packs free save file, this only use base game only.
All three worlds are child and toddler friendly except for some particular places like bars or lounges.
I try as best as I could to make the building looking not too base game looking but you know some of them might be still looking kind of base game hahaha…
I left the empty lots in Willow Creek and Oasis Spring empty because I think you might want to build something, too. You are free to bulldoze, renovate or do anything with the builds that came with the save file though.
I also keep all the base game townies just in case some of you want to keep them in your game, but I did some clothing and hair make over, I do not change their body shape, face shape skin tone, hair color or eyes.
I also get them some jobs and skills to make the world seems more livable and normal.
I added some new families, too and this also mean you can delete them and change to some new families or even just giving them full on makeover.
In total there are:

8 Families (5 are new families and 1 is Bob Pancakes adding some housemates to his family because he is divorced with Eliza in this save file, the rest are the original townies)

The World is renovated based on New Orleans so the buildings are inspired by Creole Style builds
All Community Lots are child and toddler friendly except for the lounge.
There are two starter houses (under 20k) that are perfect for family.
I build some kind of apartment complex with their own little garden and each have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, two of the units are occupied but one unit which is perfect for a family of 4 is available.

There are one starter house (under 20k) that are perfect for one up to 2 sims because I was building it with the Tiny Residential Lot limitation, it is using the Micro Home limitation.
I also have some kind of micro home complex that has 3 available units.
How to Install These Worlds?
Make a backup of your save files in a folder on your desktop
Download the save file
Put the save file into this path Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Saves
Start your game and enjoy the save file!
Important Notes:
I renamed the file in hope it won’t conflict your save files but if you do happen to have the same name you can change the last 2 numbers from the save file but leave the 0s be.
Always make a backup of your save files before putting this save.
It's the first release so if you do happen to have some problems with the save file, let me know and I will try to fix it.
You can do anything with the save file, changing lots, bulldozing things, deleting sims or families.
