I love the Sims 3, and I have spent countless hours scrolling through Custom Content for my game... Here are a few of my favourite sites!

Anubis does amazing creations for the sims 3 and sims 4! I lean more towards there Sims 3 things but hey! The cc they create are amazing quality and don't look manky. They don't upload 3 million pieces but the pieces they do upload are beautiful!
2. http://thesimsresource.com/
The Sims Resource is a very widely used site where many users can create and upload their own creations, they upload from makeup to houses to sims and everything inbetween. From reading other blogs I have come to find that 'apparently' some things can have viruses built into them, however I have never had this problem but just be aware before you download everything from the site. They supply cc for the Sims 1, 2, 3 and 4!
3. http://pixicat.tumblr.com/
Pixicat is a tumblr blog, like this. She mainly uploads shoes and accessories, however I mainly go for her shoes. Her creations vary from heels to nikes she does males and females. Doing winter boots sandals and basically everything else! Her accessories are more for female sims, including things like flower crowns however I have never downloaded any of her accessories!

FreeSims3, upload store sets de-crapped, when I found this blog I was really excited because I have lost count on the amount of times I have gone through the sims 3 store going: ' Aww, its so cute. I want it :'(' But can never be bothered to fork out the money for Sim points. Im assuming all the things are safe however I am reading through the questions on their blog just to check! Another thing to note is that most of the sets are package files however on frequently asked questions there is a link to a helpful tutorial to show you how to use them!
These are the only a few however some blogs have changed their web address and I am franticly still trying to find them. ;)
