The musicians who found their home at Factory Records tended to be the major architects of the 80's, because their tunes served as the models for many popular outfits during the period. Quando Qunago might be another case like this, they played a heavily eclectic electronica. While they didn't release a lot, you can hear they probably influenced Fatboy Slim and Basement Jaxx among others, because their composition have this laissez faire vibe, which results in highly danceable tracks, such as the one in the link. I mean, you can practically see Basement Jaxx looking at one another, asking themselves how to do something similar to this ditty. Unsurprisingly, one of the members of Quando Quango continued his sonic dance voyages and was incredibly successful with them.
