Mikayla Fernandez is a (nearly) 21 year old Sagittarius who originally hails from Brindleton Bay. She moved around a lot as a child so she became the class goofball to draw attention to herself and make friends. Although many didn’t like her, she was very outgoing and tried hard to be kind to everyone. Of course, this didn’t bode well when she became part of a bad group of friends who convinced her to steal—beginning her life as a kleptomaniac. Mikayla realized that these people were not good for her, and dropped them, but she didn’t drop the lifestyle they gave her.
Sagittarius is the third of the “mutable” signs, meaning that it features changeable qualities. Many Sagittariuses can move from extremely violent to very wise or brave to mild, and they can also fit in with many different friends groups. Mikayla portrays this well, as she is adaptable to many environments and joined the jocks, nerds, preps, goths, etc. in school. However, she was never really into horoscopes, so she doesn’t know much else about the correlation.
Mikayla’s current group of friends, consisting of Simone and Yani, convinced her to try out for this because she’s a little bit of a romantic (and she thought Ask was really pretty+her type (; hehe). She’s super excited to find out if she gets on and to meet the other contestants if she does!
