DANNY NORTH x SIMON STALLARD x THE HIDDEN HUT
Danny North has been working on a long term project with chef Simon Stallard (founder of The Hidden Hut) documenting his practice and methodology out on the Roseland, a remote corner of Cornwall.
The project covers Simon's approach to cooking with wood and serving food straight from the grill, as well as taking a closer look into the zero food miles ethics that the Hut deploys.
