And I don’t know if I’m the only one interpreting this scene like this or we’re in fact a lot to do so, but I think Buddy knows Chase is kinda interested in him/find him attractive and has used his charms to get informations but has, without paying attention, let his own attraction show, which has surprised him. 👀✨
