Apple cinnamon oat pancakes. Ingredients * 1 x cup oats * 1 x cup milk * 1 x egg * 1 x tablespoon honey * ½ x cup plain flour, or wholemeal plain flour * 2 x teaspoons baking powder * 1 x teaspoon cinnamon 1 x small apple, grated) In a food processor or ThermoMix put the oats, milk and chopped apple. Blitz until smooth, add the rest of the ingredients and blitz again if in ThermoMix it’s speed 5 for 30-45 seconds. Heat a pan, spray with non stick cooking spray. Using a tablespoon pour about 2 tablespoons in each corner of the heated pan to form your pancakes. Wait until bubbles form on top before flipping the pancake. Continue this until all batter is used.
