Tender, juicy chicken breasts cooked in a homemade BBQ sauce made right in your slow cooker. Perfect for a busy day when you want a delicious, hassle-free meal!
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put chicken breasts in the crock pot. Put apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, smoked garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the ketchup and mix it all together. Cover the chicken with the sauce. When the chicken is done, cover it and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or high for 2 to 3 hours. Take two forks and shred the chicken. Then, mix it with the sauce in the slow cooker. Add your favorite sides and serve hot.
