Ingredients: 1 cup chickpea flour. 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp black salt. 1/4 tsp turmeric. 1/2 tsp kala namak Indian black salt. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 1/4 tsp cayenne. 1/4 tsp smoked paprika. 1/4 cup nutritional yeast. 1 cup water. 1/4 cup chopped onion. 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper. 1/4 cup chopped tomato. 1/4 cup chopped spinach. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. Oil for cooking.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, baking powder, black salt, turmeric, kala namak, black pepper, cayenne, smoked paprika, and nutritional yeast. Add water and whisk until smooth. Add chopped onion, bell pepper, tomato, spinach, and cilantro. Mix well. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add a little oil. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the skillet. Spread it evenly. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
