Oh these sweet summer mornings. When I get to start my day at my own pace. When I don't have to live life dictated by an alarm clock. When I have the time to sit in bed an extra 15 minutes to fill my own cup first. This is one of my morning routines why i will be working hard to keep when the early mornings of teaching roll back around. When you are sometimes already getting up at 5am and running all day until 8pm it can be hard to convince yourself to get up that extra 15 minutes earlier but I'm setting it right now as my school year goal. ❣cup of tea ❣15 minutes of morning reading/reflection It's what's best for me and my kids.
