Happy Friday! ☀️
It was a peaceful, enlightening, and beautiful morning filled with yoga + meditation + all the cats.
One thing that stayed with me from this meditation session was “You are the creator of your own reality. Own your power.” YES. YES. YES.
Your thoughts, beliefs, perspectives and actions all play a part in your life. You have the power to change the way you see things. You have the power to change the way you think about things within and around you. If you create a more positive outlook, you will see the world differently.
Hold yourself accountable for everything; every thought, every moment. See beyond what scares you and do all of the things you thought you couldn’t.
Be aware. Be present. Create your intentions. See your reality. Own your reality.
Find your energy. Feel your energy. Direct your energy. Own your energy.
Empower yourself. Harness your strength. Create the life you want. Own your reality.
You deserve it. ✨

For the longest time, I thought I didn't have what it takes to be a Coach. But when I got to Summit, I realized I had it ALLL wrong. 🙅🏼♀️ It didn’t matter if you were a brand new baby coach or a seasoned veteran of 10 years. It didn’t matter if you were a size 2 or a size 22. It didn’t matter if you could do 100 burpees or 3 burpees. It didn’t matter what team you were on, because in this business, it’s not about any of that. 🌟We are ONE team with ONE vision...to help others live healthy, fulfilling lives. And while I’m still so sad that Coach Summit is virtual again this year, I’m still beyond pumped to connect with my team and the entire company during our virtual Summit week that starts TODAY! I have high hopes that next year, I’ll get to squeeze my team in person and take even MORE amazing ladies with me! And YOU could be one of them! 🙌🏼 Curious about learning more about this life changing opportunity? Comment below or send me a DM, because I am SO excited to chat with you!

💜💜How I cope with fatigue and seasonal affective disorder (SAD):
• Vitamin D and St. John's Wort- because the sun is the best source of Vitamin D, its important to make sure you're getting enough of it during the winter months, which is why I take a Vitamin D supplement every morning. St. John's Wort is an herbal supplement that helps with depression and anxiety (I take this in capsule form.)
• Exercise- I always feel better and have more energy when I work out. You don't have to spend hours at the gym or anything crazy. I do yoga every morning and HIIT cardio 3x per week. You really only need 15-20 mins of HIIT, 3-4x per week to get some good cardio... and you can do it at home!
• Sleep- Make sure you're getting enough sleep! Everyone is different, but I personally need a solid 8-9 hours of sleep every night to feel fully rested in the morning.
• Be mindful of what you're eating- we all know junk food is bad for you, but really pay attention to your diet. Frozen meals, snack foods, soda and any processed foods will make you feel like garbage... these things have no nutritional value whatsoever. I typically eat 2 servings of fruit and 5 servings of veggies everyday (and protein of course.) If you aren't big on veggies, try incorporating spinach or kale into a fruit smoothie (you'll hardly taste it!)
• Crystals- There's several crystals that are known to help boost your energy levels: Ruby, Carnelian, Clear Quartz and Orgonite. Try wearing any of these daily (as a necklace or bracelet or you can just keep a small piece in your pocket.) I have a beautiful Orgonite necklace and if I forget to wear it, my energy level definitely decreases.
• Journaling- Daily journaling is definitely a mood booster for me. I find it's most efficient first thing in the morning or right before bed (make it part of your daily/nightly routine.) Write down 3 things you're grateful for each day!
I hope these tips are helpful❣
