Comedy star Sidney Braithwaite died a long time ago. A decade later, the allegations finally came to light. Now, thirty years on, his films are no longer shown, though 'Simply Sid' hasn't been forgotten.
The studio where Sidney made his name is in trouble. Films are few and far between, but a plan is being put together to turn its fortunes around. 'Simply Sid' is being summoned back for an encore performance.
